The commonest causes are:
Epididymo-orchitis meaning inflammation of the testes and epididymes.
This is secondary to urinary tract infection.
I would advise yo the following in such a situation:
First of all send the sample of the urine for routine, microscopy culture and sensitivity before the antibiotic is started so that you get correct results.
Tests of blood for CBC, Malaria, Sugar, urea and creatinine
Ultrasonography with color doppler of the scrotum and the abdomen.
To consult a Doctor: for clinical evaluation, examination, to get an order for investigations and to get proper prescription based medications to get you cured of the problems.
