Brief Answer:
Possible Lyme disease

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.

Your symptoms could be due to Lyme disease which is caused by a tick bite and can cause symptoms similar to yours. Some or all of the following symptoms can occur in early stages of the diseases :

1)An expanding, circular rash at the site of the bite. More rashes may appear on other parts of your body as the infection spreads.
2) Pain, weakness, or numbness in the arms or legs.
3) fever and chillis
4) weakness of face muscles
5) Poor memory and reduced ability to concentrate.
6) Conjunctivitis ( pink eye) or damage to deep eye tissues
7) joint pain or swelling
8) palpitation or rapid heart beats
9) headaches or fainting
I would recommend that you talk a blood test for Lyme disease and if it came back positive then it should be treated with a long course of antibiotic . I hope I answered your question.
