Suggest Treatment For Severe Flatulence
Question: Every night I get a bad gas problem, The gas stays in me for hours without coming out and urination is slow and difficult. After many hours the gas starts coming out very slowly.

An ultrasound scan of the abdomen may be done to confirm it.
Depending on the severity, you may either required to take medication like Dutasteride/Tamsulosin and may need surgery if the prostate is causing severe obstruction.
I presume you have good bowel movements and you have undergone colonoscopy and nothing significant was found.
