Question: Hi, my left foot hurts (sore, dull pain at rest, sharp pain when I try to walk). It started hurting two days ago while I was walking which I do a lot with my job (department store sales manager). XXXXXXX

It is quite common especially when you have to stand out walk a lot during the day.

Use medial silicone foot wedge in your footwear. You can get it at a Pharmacy. Perform foot and arch stretching exercises at a Physiotherapist's. Use Orthopaedic footwear too.

Get your Vitamin D levels tested.
