Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query. You need to be clinically examined. The pain could be due to neuropathic pain or due to muscle spasm. This needs to be distinguished. My suggestions for you would be:
* Take Methylcobalamine 1500 mcg once daily. It is a form of B vitamin which could help in such a case.
* Hot compress.
* See a physical therapist. He would be able to demonstrate the right exercises which would be helpful in your case.
* Try taking pain medication like Piroxicam
Let me know if I could help further.
