Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall And Dandruff

Question: I suffering from hair loss since 1 yrs . I took so many treatments bt there is no any effect .so many dandruff in my hair if i cut my all hair by blade then any possibility from hair fall

Pls give me suggestion how to prevent from hair loss

Ketoconazole shampoo, hair supplement tablet & minoxidil lotion

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
For dandruff I usually recommend my patients to use ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly.
For hair loss I recommend my patients to take hair supplements like tablet follihair or tablet keraglo XXXXXXX once daily along with minoxidil 2 percent lotion on the scalp twice daily for 2-3 months.
This should improve your hair fall.
Also shaving your hair won't have any effect in stopping your hair fall.

Bt if i shave my hair then dandruff will be end or not

I was use hair XXXXXXX forte solution

And also klosh f medicine bt now i stop taking those medicine

Shaving will reduce dandruff

On shaving your hair the dandruff will reduce but you have to use a ketoconazole shampoo for better results.
The medicines you have been using are for male pattern baldness.
For how long have you used these medicines?
If the response is not good consult a dermatologist and consider going for PRP therapy or Mesotherapy for hair loss.

Every weak im take hvt treatment. Bt there no any result .every time when i wash my hair that time XXXXXXX 20 30 hair dailly falled
