Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall With Dandruff
Question: My age is 28 male. I am facing a severe Hair Fall with dandruff and its continuing from the past 3 months
At the age of 24-25 i had also faced the same problem but at that time i had used Mintop 2% solution for 35-40 days and the hair growth occur again. Mintop 2% is not the permanent solution of hairloss problem. For dandruff i am using NUFORCE (Ketoconazole) shampoo. so my question is that, is there any best sloution that i can control my hairloss problem. Please suggest me some good solution. Thanks

It is difficult to get a permanent result just with medicines.But yes medicines can give you a long term relief, depends how long you can use it. A very high level of compliance is essential.
you can start using MINTOP 10% lotion topically on scalp once or twice a day for a month.Along with this Tab FINAX (1mg) can be taken orally once a day for 6 months. These are prescription based agents, so you need to see dermatologists for examination and further help.
If this is of no help, then the other options include lasers to stimulate hair follicles which is the latest. Meso therapy inj on scalp for the same.The total duration of the treatment is approx 6-8 months. Micro follicular hair transplantation ,which can give you permanent hair which grows on its own.
Initially i would suggest you to try with the medication, but it need to be used regularly to see the effect.
