I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
There are many causes of hair loss and treatment depends on the cause.
The most common causes are thyroid disorders, anemia, fevers like typhoid and malaria, chronic diseases, certain medications, stress, accidents, surgery and child birth.
I would recommend you to get your haemoglobin, serum ferritin levels and thyroid function tests done to rule out anemia and thyroid diseases.
Meanwhile to reduce hair loss you can use hair serum like anaboom antihair fall serum twice daily on the scalp along with hair supplement tablets like tablet follihair or tablet keraglo XXXXXXX once daily.
This needs to be continued for atleast 3-4 months.
First their will be stoppage of hair fall followed by hair regrowth.
