M 28, female with 2 kids, facing severe hairfall since a year. Please suggest me what to do n i dont have dandruff .

Hair fall is usually due to nutritional deficiency.
I treat such cases with minoxidil 5 % solution to be applied twice daily and tablet follihair to be taken daily for 6 months.
Both these are safe and effective and available over the counter.
