Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss
Question: I m suffering from severe hair loss.i m 24 and work XXXXXXX .I have used mintop 5% with revilus tablet for 2 months..is there any solution to get thik hairs back. Hairfall causing me lots of tension, frm last 1 yr I m nt able to concentrate on my wrk, even I cnt slp propperly.. The situation is such if I even touch my hairs with short hairs also dere is breakage..I hav to shampoo everyday else it becomes oily..

I can understand your concern.
Firstly we have to establish if your hair loss is physiological or pathological.
Pathological causes are,
Chronic inflammation
Diabetes
Hair treatments (chemicals in relaxers, hair straighteners)
Fungal infection.
Of the above I could only pin point on use of shampoo, you are using daily,which itself be harming you.
One,it is chemical. two, it is washing natural oil of your scalp, causing dryness.
If you are not suffering from any of them then it has to be physiological.
Air and water pollution plays an important role in hair loss.
Mintop and revilus are good treatment.
There are certain more drugs but the side effects are such that they can not be advocated.The side effects are gynecomastia, erectile dysfunction and decreased sex drive.
Actually diagnosis is very much clinical, an expert eye can guide you better.
My advice to you is see a good dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management of you hair loss.
