Brief Answer:
Various suggestions for improvements in hair growth.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the hair fall. It is quite usual to have hairfall within 6 month to 1 year after delivery. Additionally I can make out that you have low vitamin D level and hemoglobin also.

Our hair roots passes through growth, senescence and falling phase cyclically. During and after pregnancy suddenly few percentage of hair comes in falling phase. This could be additionally increased by low level of nutritional reserves due to feeding as well as bit of stress factors.

In your kind of cases I suggest my patients to take a tablet containing Biotin and other minerals (such as Keraglo Eva). It contains extra amount of iron so that hemoglobin level could be increased. It should be taken after meals. It should not be taken with milk or milk products because it hampers the absorption of iron. It could be taken for 3 months.

In addition to it as the vitamin D level is low therefore a tablet of vitamin D 3 with strength of 60000 units could also be taken weekly for 12 weeks. This should be taken after taking any milk products for better absorption.

Eat healthy diet with protein supplementation and lot of green vegetables and fruits to replenish the nutritional reserves naturally.

I hope this helps.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for your swift follow up.

You can continue with bontress and grocapix serum same as before. These are quite safe and effective and could be continued as per your convenience.

Do eat the BED diet (Body ecology diet) as is the most important part in getting good growth of hair.
