Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache While Having IBS

Question: Hello Doctor,

I had couple of drinks on Saturday and had non veg for dinner(Crabs & Prawns)
i Guess it dint go well and i had a bad stomach(however i have IBS for which i take COLOSPA and Enterogermia regularly.

My problem is i had a bad headache splitting on the left side completely for whole of sunday.I had taken 4 dart tablets on sunday and today one in the evening.still i have a bad headache.

Is there any other medication which will help me since dart is not helping me.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having migraine attack or alcohol withdrawl headache.
Is there any vomiting, fever, neck stiffness, visual symptoms, seizure or loss of consciousness?
You can try Naproxen or Aceclofenac if dart is not helping.
Take adequate rest, sleep and timely food.
Avoid exertion.
