Brief Answer:
Symptoms related to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your concern.
Many of your symptoms like headache and cramping of feet are related to mixed effects of both BP medications side effects and dehydration.
I advise you to give up sport drinks, but stick to plain water and fruit juices.
Monitor your blood pressure and keep it under 130/80 mm of Hg pressure.
Many of your symptoms resolve with these precautions.
Also review your medications with your physician.Dose and drug modifications also help a lot.
In case if you are still concerned of this headache,I recommend you to get a Non Contrast CT scan of the head .
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
