Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches While On Tryptomer And Sibelium
Question: Good Morning. As you are aware, I am taking treatment of my chronic headache under your guidance. As per your advise I am taking Tryptomer 25 mg and Sibelium 10 mg.
In addition, I have another issue to discuss with you. I get uneasiness/tingling sensation in my right leg calf muscle only when I go to bed for sleeping (left leg calf muscle has no problem). This disturbs my sleep. This problem does not disturb me throughout the day. I had posted this question to an Ortho Surgeon and as per his advise got the Nerve Conduction study done for both my lower limbs. Ortho surgeon has now advised that I should consult a neurologist and hence I am making this request. I am enclosing herewith two reports - 1) NCV test Report and 2) Doppler Study report for my right leg. Please advise.
Test Reports -,NCV Test and Colour Doppler of right lower limb attached.

Brief Answer:
Modify treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Is there any back pain?
The doppler is showing abnormalities in venous flow and may explain swelling and uneasiness.
Nerve conduction study points to some compression of nerve root at back.
Night symptoms may be due to restless leg syndrome too.
You can continue the previous medications with addition of maxmala forte at night.
In case of increased sedation Tryptomer may be reduced to 10 mg.
Opinion of a surgeon for examination is advisable.

I get pain in the back if I stand for a long time in one posture. Otherwise pain is not there, but I do feel heaviness. You must have noticed that even the NCV Test reveals compression at S1 level. I consulted the ortho surgeon - Mr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX at XXXXXXX who advised that I should consult a neurologist.
However, as advised I shall add maxmala forte at night. Please advise how long this medicine has to be taken. Regards...XXXX
As already informed, I am also daily taking one capsule of Meganeuron OD Plus which has following salts :- MEGANEURON-OD PLUS cap: biotin 5 mg, methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg, benfotiamine 50 mg, folic acid 5 mg, alpha lipoic acid 200 mg.
PLease advise if Maxmala Forte has to be taken along with Meganeuron OD Plus or shall I discontinue Meganeuron OD Plus because some of the salts are common in Maxmala Forte and Meganeuron.
