Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concern.
As per your query Unilateral headache(Involving one side of head only) is a characterstic symptom of migraine. Most common cause of severe unilateral headache is Migraine.Migraine headache is episodic(As in your case),(lasting from hours to 1-2 days),unilateral, throbbing (pulse-like),May be associated with nausea, photophobia(increases on exposure to light),phonophobia(increases on exposure to sound) and visual aura(like seeing flashing zig-zag lights) and recurs again and again in bouts and then go away..
Other causes of hemicranial(half head) headache can be primary headache like-Paroxysmal hemicrania, cluster headache. But,these primary headache comes in short duration episodes(seconds or minutes, which is probably not the case with you).
Secondary cause like a 'space occupying lesion' in brain can also cause persistent hemicranial headache.
Emergency treatment
1. If you can visit a hospital then a shot of phergan will help with quick relief.
2. If you cannot visit a hospital, I recommend one tablet sumatriptan, one tablet Vaograin/Migranil three times a day.
3 Get your eyes tested by an optometerist,As you have history of frequrent chnages in eye power,But unilateral headache is usually seen in migraine.Headache due to occular problem is usually retro orbital or around the eye XXXXXXX or in back of head(occipital area),Once cleared by opthalmologist you can go for proper evaluation by neurologist.
Test advice
Eye test
MRI/CT brain to rule out central lesion.
X ray cervical spine AP/LATERAL.
Consult initialy an opthalmologist if eyes are normal,Evaluation by Neurologist is suggested.
I hope and pray you find relief. Please feel free to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.
Regards
Plz go through attached report of eye test and suggest further.
Is this specs lens no. And type is normal or a serious problem.
How to minimize the number..... Is this possible?
What can be the worst case for this?
Please attach reports.

Please attach the previous reports to compare.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I've gone through the attached report.
As per the reports you are Astigmatic and Hypermetropic.
Eye lenses or glasses can be used to correct the numbers.
However, your primary query was regarding unilateral recurrent headache.
I have to comapre the numbers with your previous power. A power difference (cylinderical or spherical) more then 1 dioptre can cause headache, but if previous eye reports were almost same then investigation on migraine protocol should be done as advised.
Please attach your previous report, so that I can compare the two.
As of now intra ocular pressures are normal, for a better professional opinion kindly attach the previous eye check up report with folloow up question.
Awaiting.
Thanks
Neurological cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Have gone through both reports.
It's not because of eye.Spherical power is almost same and cylindrical has just increased by 0.25 diopter .Very likely it's migraine.
Consult neurologist for the same.
Thanks.
