Brief Answer:
Possible fracture

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have had two falls and that your leg is still hurting. You are concerned that you may still have a fracture despite being able to walk. The answer is yes you could have a fracture and still walk. A small comminuted fracture in the hip can still allow someone to walk despite being fractured. This is a fracture high in the hip where the bone literally smashes into and collapses inside the bone.

I recommend that you be seen by your medical provider or an urgent care that has x-rays to be sure you don't have a fracture.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
