Question: I have pain in left hip mucles going down to leg , quiet painful, then after three days it shifts to my right hip painful that I have to scream when getting up or sitting down. While back doctor was checking my breathing problem, told me that in lab test it was positive for lupus but he said I do not yhing you have lupus, end of conversation.

Well, As of the symptoms mentioned you do not have any features of Lupus ...I would still like to know a few queries... It is possible that your ANA test came positive...But ANA can be false positive and almost 30 % people can have it positive with increasing age.
