1) Pain is on the lower left side and runs along the bottom from left to right just above the pelvic bone.
2)yes, I feel like I need to make a bowel movement and urinate but it is very painful in the abdominal area when I try and nothing comes out. I have a morning bowel movement daily and while I urinate less it does not burn, smell, or have a strange smell
3) I feel feverish and clammy off and on. No appetite and can not eat much but I have lost weight. I'm doing The Obesity Code ; intermittent fasting diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the details.

* As the symptomatic severity is obvious, I do not agree with just stomach
bug possibility.
* As per my clinical experience, there can be non radio opaque calculus in
the urinary system, narrowing of ureter or other conditions which may not
be reveled on CT scan.

I suggest a urologist appointment for the same and do further work up
accordingly.

Till that time, continue to drink plenty of liquids, analgesic tablet preferably with antacid.

Welcome for any further doubts.
Wish you fine recovery.
Regards.
