Scar revision surgery is the only answer.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/ 28 - splenectomy - post accident internal bleeding - stitch mark - feel ashamed to remove the shirt somewhere - wants to know the best way to remove the scar - planning to use Mederma cream.
Seen the picture you have provided.
There is no cream ever made that can remove such scars,
The only sure way is to consult a General Surgeon of a Plastic surgeon to plan a scar revision surgery.
I hope this answers your query, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication .

Plastic surgery is that panifull ad do it need any bed rest and can i know how it may cost ..and i heard there is also a laser treatment for that?? Thanks ,,
Brief Answer:
May not be much painful and may not need much bed rest
Detailed Answer:
Since this is scar revision, the pain will be minimal and you may not need much bed rest.
I do not think that there is any role of laser treatment in such a case.
Cost will depend upon many factors and that you will have to discuss with the operating surgeon.
