Hello,
Perhaps it is an eczematous skin condition.
I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected foot in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look at the skin and understand and guide you better. Does it affect both the feet?

Brief Answer:
Regarding your foot complaints
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I suggest her to use a Urea or Lactic acid/Glycolic acid based moisturizer e.g either Ureativ 20%cream or Xerina cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest her to use a potent topical steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05 %and salicylic acid 3-6 %ointment (Dipsalic F ointment), twice daily, 15-30 minutes after the moisturizer. These are prescription medications and I advice you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same. She may also take a tab cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
