yes doctor I have dry skin and itchiness during season change but not always and nobody in the family has eczema, excessive sneezing, asthma or allergic rhinitis. Also my son developed braking cough so his pediatrician has put him on tab montair for a month and nebulization for a week with asthalin and budecort. He doesn't have any body rash nor dandruff. Excessive itching mainly on the legs and bums sometimes on the hands.
Brief Answer:
Management of endogenous eczema
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be endogenous eczema.
This is very common in children and has high chances of recurrence in changing season.
I would recommend you to continue with sebamed body wash and exomega cream.
I would also recommend you to apply desonide lotion on the itchy areas of the legs, buttocks and hands twice daily and give him levocetrizine syrup twice daily.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
Besides this apply ask him to stay away from dust, pets, extremes of temperature, wear cotton clothes, avoid synthetic and woollen clothes, avoid soap and keep his body moisturised.
