Thanks for your query.
You have not mentioned what therapies you have received. If it is a proven CTCL then initially we recommend topical steroids (creams). Some oral antihistamines can be added. If it doesn't control, then ultraviolet radiation can be given.
There are numerous other options if required. I am sure with these the disease as well as itching can be controlled.
