Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchy Rashes On Body With Headache And Stiff Neck
Question: I am having bad headaches, a stiff neck and have been having a feeling like something is biting me on legs body, face and arms. I developed a rash that was hard to see but I could feel it. It iched bad. I have developed this rash several times and my skin iches a lot. My feet are getting numb on the bottom. This started a few weeks ago. Any ideas on this. I have not seen a doctor in quite a while and am 68 years old.

From the description of your complaints, neurological pathology like meningitis, haemorrhage, migraine,etc is very apparent.
my questions for you
1) are you a patient of high blood pressure, diabetes?
2) are you on medications for stroke prevention, or anti hypertensive medications?
3) was there an incident of fall or head injury?
4) is there associated fever, dizziness, vomiting?
5) is this your first episode, how many such episodes till now, how long does it last?
answers in respect to above mention question will help to get a better clinal picture.
my advice for you.
1) pain can be dealt using over the counter preparation of paracetamol or ibuprofen drug. to be taken on sos basis not more than thrice a day.
2) an urgent MRI brain is indicated, to rule out any haemorrhage, infective(meningitis) pathology,etc.
3) do consult a local neurologist soon, as a detailed workup with proper physical examination is warranted.
