Please provide more details..
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Your symptoms are appearing to be due to problems with the TMJ.
As you have got your x ray done can you please tell me that was there any problem ruled out with your TMJ?
Do you have pain in front of ear also?
Is your mouth opening reduced?
Do you have swelling also along with pain?
Do you have any medical problems and are you on any medication?
Please revert back with answers..

My Dentist did not see any issue with TMJ looking at X ray . He did suggest to go to TMJ specialist.
Mouth opening is not reduced. I can open wide
If I Yawn I do get pain in front of ear
I do not have swelling.
I take medication for diabetes, cholesterol and high blood pressure. I do go to GYM
3-4 times a week. Most severe pain is when I wake up. It gets better after I walk around and have coffee in the morning. Then during the day it is mild to medium when I eat.

Yes, you should get examined by a TMJ specialist or an Oral Surgeon..
By the time continue taking painkillers and should also add muscle relaxants by consulting a local physician..
You should take soft diet, avoid excessive mouth opening and massage the sides of jaw starting from area in front of the ear in round motion of finger tips..
