Suggest Treatment For Severe Jock Itch

Question: my 22 year old son has an itchy bump on his scrotum? Its so bad its driving him nuts. He refuses to see a dr about it. I've given him jock itch creams and even yeast infection creams. The jock itch cream worked best but it's still there. What is this? How do we get rid of it?

Follow up: Dr. Chobufo Ditah (14 hours later)

There is no way I can get better quality unless I printed and mailed it to you. It's a small and slightly swollen ridge right before his anus. It's red and itches until it drives him mad. We have tried yeast infection and jock itch meds which have helped but not entirely eradicated it. I will re- upload the pic when I get back to town but you aren't getting a better pic. I can see everything in the pic that needs to be seen. If you can't see it and you are wanting more pics then I'm not sure you are the dr for us. I'm sorry.
