Brief Answer:
Arthritis or spondyloarthrosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the painful situation you are going through.
The pain you are having in the large joints is suggestive of arthritis. However, spondyloarthrosis or other problems with vertebral spine should also time out.
X-ray of vertebral column and large joints, together with blood tests like complete blood count, Erythrosedimentation rate, C reactive protein , antistreptolysin testing are recommended for diagnosis.
Treatment consists of oral antiinflammatory meds like ibuprofen, ketoprofene, naproxen together with local treatment with antiinflammatory cream, massage or essential oils and warm clothing.
Hope this helps.
