Joint muscle weakness.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.
If that has gradually started then it's probably your bones and muscles who have lost strength over time. This will need some rebuilding process to get back to normal. Other reason can be uric acid increase in body which effects joints.
I would advise you to visit your doctor in next regular visit and discuss about getting your vitamin D levels and blood works done for uric acid levels and other issues.
Till then you can do a few things.
1) Give your joints rest, for exam don't stand for long time when not needed. Don't over burden or over stretch them without need.
2) Start taking vitamin D calcium tablet if it will take time to get to your doctor.
3) You can take tylenol if pain is affecting you much otherwise is fine.
4) Its advised to work out under licensed trainer or physiotherapist to give your joints and muscles some stregnth.
5) Till you get uric acid levels done avoid foods which might cause it's increase.
There is nothing to worry about thought, in my opinion. You should take care and follow instructions with time things will get better and you will start feeling strength in your joints.
I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.
Regards.
Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
