Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain
I'm 28 year old and weigh 99 KGS with a height of 6'2"
I recently started running and after a month I observed some pain that has started happening in my knee.
Also I'm unable to do push ups or any upper body strength exercises despite taking daily protein diet consisting of eggs, oats, almonds , protein shake etc
I feel very weak with my shoulders even after 7 push ups and my arms start trembling.
Please advice what could be the issue

Firstly you need to take care of certain elements before your workout.
You need to be well hydrated an hour before your workout. Drink Electrolyte rich fluids with TCAA ingredients to help with stamina.
Perform warm up stretches and hops before your start your workout for atleast 5 minutes.
Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol as they reduce blood supply and stamina and cause trembling. Avoid caffeine before workout.
Take adequate breaks with stretching between workouts.
Get your blood tested for Complete blood count to look for anaemia.
