Suggest Treatment For Severe Lack Of Energy

Question: I have been experiencing a lack of energy in the second halves of my days. My eyes seem all "bugged out". I am able to work out rather strenuously for an hour or hour and a half in the morning, then a couple of hours later I begin to feel lethargic.My doctor has me set up for a catscan based on the results from a recent chest x-ray. Is this anything serious of is it just chest congestion.e
