Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. I have read the ECG and the ECG is normal, as you have mentioned. Chest pain on left arm and chest can occur due to a number of reasons and cardiac issues are also common cause of such presentation. To rule out cardiac causes ECG is advised and it came normal so no need to worry. Secondly you are 40 years old female and it is not common to have heart issues in females of this age.

Other cause is some muscular pain and this is the probable reason they have advised you to take Robinaxol D. Nexpro 40 had been added to treat any gastric irritation caused by muscle relaxants. Epigastric some times mimic as cardiac pain, so Nexpro can take care of this condition.

Anxiety can also cause such symptoms. In some individuals chest tightness or pain is presenting symptom of anxiety. This is the reason they have prescribed Lonazap. You are not getting good sleep since last couple of days and anxiety can occur due to this. Lonazap or Clonazepam will take care of the anxiety. Try to ignore that the hand is heavy, take your medicines regularly and in coming days you will feel better.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care
