Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain And Bulges In The Disc

Question: I have mild disc bulges at L4 - L5 and L5 - S1. My both legs pain due to this problem and it becomes intense from the next day of semen release. I already used Gabapin-300 capsules for 1 month and attended physiotherapy sessions for 10 days. While attending physio sessions it gave relief but after that the pain is same. Same is the case with using capsules. Please suggest.

1. Disc Bulge
2. Narrowing of Neural Foramina
3. Not relieved by Gabapentin.
4. Not relieved by Physiotherapy

In this situation, we need two more test

1. Dynamic X ray of Lateral View of LS Spine in Flexion, Extension and Neutral Positions
2. Nerve Conduction Studies of All Four Limbs

Based on the results of the above tests, we have to decide whether we need stabilisation or decompression or both
