I have to wait for 2 more days for my culture report. I have severe cramps in my lower abdominal area continously with burning in urine and a lot of itching in the outer vaginal area. The cramps are very similar to how it is during periods. I have attached my urine routine test report.
Brief Answer:
Don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.
While you have continuous lower abdominal pain with burning urination ,we can exclude premature labour.
As per your urine test report ,it seems to be urinary infection .
While urine have mild bacteria ,you may need to have a urine culture done to determine the bacteria and sensitivity of antibiotics .
For the moment use Vit C to make urinary PH more acid ,while it is 7.
You need for a antibiotic course ,for 10 to 14 days, that should be prescribed from your doctor.
Itching may be due to a vaginal yeast infection ,it will be confirm after vaginal swab report.
All the best
