Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain In An Elderly Person

Question: Need help controlling hip/ lower back pain. I am 76 years old, fell last Saturday, September 3. 3 trips to the ER, two sets of extras....even a CT scan, but I am still in horrible pain when I try to sleep. 5 percent lidocaine patches last 18 hours, but only minimal every temporary relief. ANY SUGGESTIONS? YYYY@YYYY
