Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine

Question: I have been having pain and weakness on the right side of my body in my arms and legs. I have also been noticing that I have bruises showing up on my right upper leg and thigh area over the past few week, as well as "old lady" veins. I have also been experiencing migraine headaches for the past two to three months. I have not had any injuries during any of this. Sh? I am an otherwise healthy 30 year old female.

I have going through your query.

I would have done general physical examination, and then would have asked you for few investigation, like complete blood count with peripheral smear for typing of anaemia.

Your symptoms can be due to anaemia, bruises may be related to low platelet count. Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and would have decided on the medication after the report.

If possible kindly upload the picture of bruises and veins that you have mentioned to assess the situation better.
