Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before advising about the management and treatment aspect do let me know about the following:

1. As nose bleed due to migraine is rare thus are there any contributory factors which are aggravating migraine problem like:
. excess use of caffeine,alcohol, Stress, lack of sleep?
. Any history of high blood pressure in you or family?
. Any Neurological/ Ophthalmic examination?
. Since sinsusitis is considered as a cause of nose bleed, are there any factors which are predisposing towards the same like: low humidity, cold,dry environment, allergies?
