Question: I throw up vigorously due to morning sickness. When I do above my eyebrow starts to hurt like I'm going to burst a blood vessel. Does that mean I'm going to have aneurysm?

Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

The increased pressure/pain you are feeling in your forehead does not specifically indicate that you have an aneurysm, but it is a sign that you are probably throwing up with a lot of force. This is a problem not just for your blood vessels but for your stomach and esophagus too.

Have you tried home remedies such as keeping a small amount of food at your bedside and eating a bit before you start to move when you wake up? Or eating ginger? Vitamin B6 can also help. But if these things don't help, then it's time to talk with your OB doctor about other things that can be tried.

So, no, it doesn't mean you will definitely rupture blood vessels, but it is not a good situation and needs to be addressed.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can help further. I hope you are feeling better soon.
