Brief Answer:
It is a vasodilator.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in legs after walking and standing can be due to muscle fatigue, fluid or electrolyte imbalance, low levels of vitamin D3 or calcium or decreased blood circulation in the limbs. Naftidurofuryl is a vasodilator and will help only if the pain is due to circulatory problems.
You need to get yourself examined by a physician and get a few tests done to find the cause of pain. Do start the treatment only if your physician recommends it.
I hope this answers your query.
