After going through your query I concluded that your son may be having hypocalcimia, vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. He is advised following tests to know cause:-
1.Serum Calcium
2.Vitamin D3 level
3.Vitamin B12
4.Haemoglobin
Furthermore he is advised to take calcium, vitamin D3 (if it is low) , Mecobalamin and EvionLC till then. If serum calcium is low then injectable calcium can be taken. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.

After going through your query , follow up query and various lab reports Your son's health seems to be OK as nearly all reports are normal.His Hemoglobin is OK. Calcium is slightly raised.But vitamin tests were not done .So your son may be having vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. He is advised following tests to know cause as these has not be done:-
1.Vitamin D3 level
2.Vitamin B12 level
Furthermore he is advised to take Mecobalamin and EvionLC till then. VitaminD3 supplements will be required if it is low. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.
