Brief Answer:
Possible diagnosis: Anginal pain, advice to go to the ER
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for trusting HealthcareMagic
Since you have not mentioned the exact location of pain, I am assuming you experienced chest pain from your history and associated symptoms.
Intermittent chest pain along with dizziness and shortness of breath especially in a 59-year-old male raise the concern of angina (coronary artery disease).
It is very good that you took aspirin when the pain started.
I'd recommend that you go an Emergency room as soon as possible to get an ECG done and further management accordingly.
Hope I was able to help you
Please address fuRther questions/concerns
