Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea And Irregular Bleeding

Question: I've got myself in a complete panic. I've been non-stop nauseous since Monday morning. Haven't actually thrown up, no fever, no appetite, a bit of looser stools, but nothing major. I went to the doctor and he said it sounds like a bug that's going around and it can last about a week. Well a friend jokingly asked if I was pregnant which then terrified me as I have a 4.5 month old and my husband and I aren't sure we're going to have any more kids. Well I'm on the XXXXXXX pill (due to having Factor V Leiden-blood clotting disorder)and have been for 6 weeks. Waited 2 weeks before having sex. We did once and I had a period. then we did again and I've been having spotting/breakthrough bleeding for a week and a half or a tad more. I have taken it religiously at the same time every day and have not missed one pill or been late. One day I was about 30min late due to being at work. I know starting birth control can cause irregular bleeding and the XXXXXXX pill is known to do this especially since I've only been on it 6 weeks. I had a blood test taken yesterday for peace of mind. My last menstrual cycle was December 20th, so I'm within less than a week probably of my next one. I took a home test this morning and thought I was seeing the slightest hint of a line, but was turning it all different angles and maybe just seeing where on the test the 2nd line would be if it showed up? I've got myself all worked up. I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor regarding the blood test today but the receptionist said the number for HCG was 0.1 I think she said or .01. At approximately 6 days or less from my next period is this accurate of me for sure not being pregnant? I don't have sore breasts or anything which I did early with my baby I have now. Plus with the spotting/breakthrough bleeding being constant for 1.5 weeks. Honestly what are my odds and how good is the XXXXXXX pill when taken perfectly? We haven't had sex since because of the spotting. Should I be freaking out?
