No significant improvement as per MRI is seen
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.
I have noted your medical details and mRI spine reports.
I agree that as per the MRI report, there is no significant improvement, and there may been mild progression too. However, we need to take into account clinical features too, before we conclude that you are not getting better. If there is no fever or neck pain; and your weight is improving, we can assume that your TB infection is under control.
However, if there is neck pain/fever, and there is definite worsening on MRI, there are two options: 1. Do a biopsy from the affected area, or 2. Start second line Anti-TB drug.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Clinical symptoms suggest improvement
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with additional information.
Yes, based on your symptoms, there is good improvement. Weight gain and absence of fever suggest an improvement.
Continue using soft cervical collar. Pillow (small) can be used during sleep.
Continue the anti-TB medications as per the doctor's advice.
