Suggest Treatment For Severe Night Chills With Stomach Pain And Abdominal Gas
Question: Been waking up with cold chills over one year.....had gall bladder taken out 5 months ago.. .... Also symptom is stomach pain and severe gas.....50 years old in great shape..... all labs perfect....IBS Dix.....cold chills get so severe usually around 3 a.m. that it takes minimum of 30 minutes to ease and usually associated w gas....ruining my psyche....very successful business great family....worry it is general anxiety disorder

Tuberculosis can lead to night chills (although merely having night chills does not mean that you necessarily have tuberculosis).
I would insist you to upload the blood counts (assuming that it has already been checked). It will also help me in understanding the situation.
Generalized anxiety disorder could definitely be contributory. If I had a patient like you I would perhaps given him Cap. Prodep 20 mg once daily after breakfast and would have asked him to continue it. However, it is a prescription medicine and you would have to talk to your doctor about the same.
