Brief Answer:
Osteoporosis needs to be treated first

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

You seem to be having multiple osteoporotic fractures.

Firstly get your DEXA Scan to note how severe your Osteoporosis is. Vitamin D3 levels, Parathorhormone levels, Alkaline phosphate levels, Calcium and Phosphorus levels need to be tested in the blood.

You need to be on therapy to treat Osteoporosis. Regular Vitamin D means and Calcium supplements needed. Alendronate can be taken orally and weekly or Zolendronate once a year injection to reduce the chance of osteoporotic fractures.

Avoid loading activities. Acid squatting, cross leg sitting, climbing stairs and kneeling. Get enough sunlight exposure with protection of sunscreen.

Kindly upload these reports is possible.

Once your Osteoporosis is treated then replacement surgery can be planned to reduce the risk of peri-prosthetic fractures.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
