Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Clots After Taking Unwanted Kit

Question: Hii.i am 25 yr old and 48 days pregnant,i took.mankind unwanted kit..two day back.mifpristone 1 tab after 36 hr.400 microgm midoprostol.and and after 12 hr second dose of misoprostol..after first dose of misorost..i feel severe pain.nd..clots also come.out..bleeding was for 7 hrs..bt..after taking second dose..nothing like dt happen..is abortion completed or ?,i hv nothing like any pain or fever

Hi

You have taken the tablets currently .

I think you aborted all products of conception completely after taking first dose of mesoprost.

So only your pain is totally decrease.

If bleeding is completely stopped or decreased and pain is not there means it indicates complete abortion.

If you want it to conform accurately means go for ultrasound examination.

Thanks a lot dr.yeah..bleeding has decreased and it is like normal menstruation,i hv taken medicine on 22 jan15 then..when i should go for ultrasound examination for confirmatory test,or any pregnancy test

What is the maximum days of interval for going for pregnancy test at home,so that it show accurate result as,some level of hormone persist for some time after getting abortion

generally 3 months gap is good for testing at home.

You can test now and see. In some women it is seen negative in first month.
