Question: I have sever pain, they say its fybromyalsia. I can hardly walk sometimes. I am highly reactive to medications and not in a good way. I have adverse side effects so I cant take pain medication. I swim and I recently started turmeric however it even agitates me. I not only have chronic pain but I also have bipolar 1 and I manage that without meds accept for three mgs of zanix due to high anxiety. I need something to help my legs an body pain but my legs are the worst right now. I do believe the weather change has attributed to even more pain so plan on retiring in XXXXXXX ga. I was wondering about Ginsing for pain relief or any other suggestions

Brief Answer:
Try herbal medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the query.

I can understand the pain that you have been going through and more so because of the fact that you cannot tolerate pain medications.

The present pain does seem to be related to the weather changes and fibromyalgia.

If allopathic pain killer tablets do not suit you ,then you can try herbal medicines.
Also you can use these pain killer skin patches that can be pasted over the skin. These are quite effective and offer good pain relief over a longer period of time.

Applying pain killer liniments will help.

Ginseng is also a good option but takes too long to act.

I hope this answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any doubts that you may have.

Thank you.

Kind regards.

Needs prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These skin adhesive patches are available in medical stores, but i guess these patches are prescription drugs. So you may need a doctor's prescription to get it.

Thank you.
