Question: Hello. 40yo male. Never had constipstion, easy elimination and no digestion problems. Had severe UTI after passing kidney stone. Uroligist thinks due to not fully emptying bladder. ER Dr. treated infection with antibiotic injection and perscritpion antibiotics. Developed severe diarrhea from antibiotics only marginally controlled by Immodium. Developed an anal fissure at and internal hemorrhoids from diarrhea. Severe pain, itching and bleeding with BMs. Had colonoscopy 3 years ago and no issues noted and no fissure or hemmeroids present. Tried OTC creams, wipes and suppositories. Condition much improved but still pain and bleeding with BMs. I am in Ukraine for work and the medical care is limited. I can purchase any RX drugs as needed without an RX here. I take Losaeten 25/100 for BP and Zoloft for anxiey.. Please help. This is worse than the kidney stone.
