Hello ,
Thanks for writing to health care magic , this is Dr Muhammad Ahmad I have read your message and will help you with your health problem.
In this case it is evident that you have a perfiration in your tympanic membrane /ear drum the reason might be trauma or infection.
The medication for this problem are given according to the cause and problem if your have infection you are given antibiotics and antihitamins and medication for congestion.
I would suggest you the following things.
1) Use Alegra-D tablet twice a day.
2) Use citerizine 10mg daily at night.
3) Use Antibiotics if prescribed by your doctor.
4) If medication doesn't help you...you will have to get your tympanic membrane reconstructed surgically and for that you will have to visit your ENT surgeon and discuss about surgery in come case surgery is needed for repair of typanic membrane it can not be done with simple medication.
Don't panic use medication first then you can go for surgical consult.

the ENT doctor said i have infection so i will follow your tablets.
1) Use Alegra-D tablet twice a day.
2) Use citerizine 10mg daily at night.
this tablets after food or before, also how many days should i take?
Here is the info you needed.
