Question: I had ovarian cyst in past and i am on medication for that. I take Diane-35 regularly since past 5-6 months. I recently tried to masturbate for the first time but i couldn't complete the act since it started paining alot. I pain went on increasing by night and it was unbearable. I am not able to move anybody part and the pain in pelvic region is excruciating. I have tried meftal spas but nothing seems to help. I don't know whats wrong and how can masturbation be so harmful to me unlike others. Please help me with this.

The size of cyst was considered as regular which could be treated with medication. Its not persistent each month. I don't have copy of recent ultrasound scan pictures. I need your help to know following things;
1. The pain is excruciating, is there anything i can do or have (meds) that could reduce it? The pain in unbearable can you please suggest instant measures if any.
2. Can act of masturbation lead to this pain and how is it connected with my cyst? I would avoid doing it again since it has lead to this pain.

Brief Answer:
uterine relaxant medicines required

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There are 2 possibilities;

1. Uterine contraction caused by orgasm due to mastrubation.

2. Torsion of ovarian cyst. .

Since ovarian cyst is small torsion is not possibility.

This seems yo be from uterine contraction.

You need to take uterine relaxant medicines like ritodrine. These need prescription.

Let me know If you have any queries.

Brief Answer:
Periods ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi

If you were due for your periods, this was probably your periods. If you were in middle of your periods this was probably your ovulation pain.

Let me know when was your last period and when are you expecting next period ?

I will be due for periods within 7-8 days. I had my last period in last week of February 2015. I am having my period regularly since i am on medication with Diane-35. I would also like you to know that pain has extended in my entire pelvic region and also spread across my back and thighs. There is extreme pain in even slight movement and during urination. Finally i want you suggest me some medication along-with some home remedial measure to reduce the pain to some extent. Please help me with this and also suggest whether i should any act that leads to orgasm because i don't wanna go through this pain again. Thank you in advance for so much help.

Brief Answer:
Needs an ultrasound scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I don't think this is related to orgasm due to Mastrubation as it is not so severe pain. You can continue doing it.

As of now take uterine relaxant medicines with an antacid tablet available over the counter and see if you get relief in next 4 hours.

If it is extending I would wish to rule out ovarian torsion. Please get an ultrasound scan done. Home remedial measures like keeping hot water bag on abdomen might help.

Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
