Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Anus
Question: Severe Pain in anus. Contracting. Could it be hemmaroids from straining to have bowel movements. Tried hemm spray this morn and sitz bath. No help. Have metaxalone prescribed for back spasms few moths ago. Ok to take this?

Start eating high fiber diet.
Continue Sitz bath atleast twice a day for 3 to 5 days .
Syp Duphalac 20 ml after dinner for you stools.
And if there is active bleeding then you need to start an antibiotic course .
You can also use ANO BLISS apply locally by inserting into your anal region atleast twice a day.
With these above measures your symptoms should reduce ,if not please consult your doctor for further management.

The problem is contractions every 30 seconds. Very very painful. Is there anything I can do for this. This is the main problem. I really need to stop the contractions.
