Brief Answer:
get her ECG and X rays cervical spine done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Pain in forearm can be due to many causes. But we must first rule our serious cause. Many a times heart pain may be referred over this site so i suggest you to get her ECG done and rule out angina(i.e.heart pain) with other relevant tests if needed.
Once we have ruled out angina,we should focus on Xray of cervical spine(Neck) which may have compression on root producing referred pain.If this is ruled out then we may have to consider other possibilities .Kindly inform me the details of reports and then we may discuss further about other conditions.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
